"I had a great experience the first time I sold an iPhone to this store no hassle no gimmicks, I go in today and a employee named Chris proceeded to dig his nail into my phone screen to change the price outcome of my estimate, I’ve never heard of that method of inspection my 9+ years of being a pro member and I’ve never had to experience it that being said I wouldn’t do business with GameStop any time this person is behind the counter his actions were disgraceful and disrespectful if there is a checklist with methods and instructions up to yearly standard, on how to appraise properly then I would like to be informed."
