"Overall an okay joint, and we’ve been a few times, BUT: Their poached eggs….aren’t. At all. Pictures attached. We gave them feedback that these were super overcooked around Nov. of 2023, and were told then their machine hasn’t been working well (…..machine?!). Just went back, and there has been no change. *Way* overcooked; not even close to right. Back in 2023 they were nice and swapped out the eggs for us, but the replacements were just as off as the first ones. This time we didn’t even have the conversation. They’re edible…just not what you might be expecting. Their shrimp and grits were good, and the rest of the experience is fine. Just watch out when considering the “Benedict” section of their menu…."

"The establishment is clean and upbeat. We opted to sit outside because it was pretty busy. My son had the crabcake sandwich and fries. He seemed to enjoy it and said it was really good. I had the FGTBLT. I loved the goat cheese on it, but the bacon was a bit overcooked....edible, but very hard. The Pecan Old Fashioned was really good and paired well with the butter Pecan espresso drink. The coffee wasn't very hot and cooled off extremely quickly. Once it did, I mixed it with my old fashioned. Soooo good! Another guest in our party had the Papa's breakfast with the crab cake. He said it was great. I tasted the crabcake, and it was good. The last guest in our party had the avocado toast and had questions about everything that came on it. The server wasn't very knowledgeable about the dish and decided to ask someone else. She returned with an answer that we later found out (through another server) was inaccurate. Thankfully, the inaccurate information didn't interfere with any allergies. Our server was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. All in all, it was a good visit, and we would return. We spent just over $100, including tip, for a party of 4."

"Came around 11 on a Sunday and had a 25 minute wait - nowhere to sit and wait so we waited in the car. Host was nice but I’m sorry, ourwaiter was very dry and lackluster. He got our orders completely on point but didn’t check on us often. Food was pretty good I had the fried free tomato blt. Maybe ask for the goat cheese on the side bc it is strong! Grits were just okay, maybe ask for butter and it def needed salt and pepper. Eggs and sausage were good, but basic. Decor was beautiful! I may come back to try their cocktails and flapjacks."

"First timer as I don't usually brunch. The food was great, I was glad because portions were large. Our waiter was the bartender but he did a great job and explained the dishes well. My wife enjoyed her tequila sunrise mimosa. The atmosphere is nice but the restaurant needed a little more cleaning. I liked the menu, would return"

"Was a great pick by my colleague for brunch. The waitress was awesome. Honest and very welcoming, which can always make or break a business. The atmosphere has a nice calming vibe. The waitress gave me a great recommendation on the steak and egg plate. The scrambled eggs with cheese was light, but it paired well with the sweet potatoes and steak and meshed well together. The lemonade was a Pepsi product, recommend fresh juice options. Did not have the monkey bread, but was recommended the sweet potato cheese cake and it hit the spot. I would come back."
