"The cashier was rude as ever snatching the bill out of my hand. We dined in me and my sis sat near the window. After the other customers left he stood there and hovered over us. I asked him twice to go away and he wouldn’t the cooks had to tell him to leave us alone"

"As much as I love this place, it is sad to see that no one really appreciates the common courtesy of decent customer service. It goes from answering the phone to taking an order to headed to pick up your order and now you never called to place an order. Don’t make sense right ?"

"If I could give them -00000 stars , I would. I hate the little wings, I also hate that they act delusional about serving little inedible wings. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt but today was the last straw. A black boned little wing? And they had the nerve to say because I ordered a 6 piece they will make it a 7 piece because of the wing size. -0000/10 ! TERRIBLE and my total was $13.07 for this. All of my wings were pre-fried. Before I sat down my order was already made, just refried and re-served. Hard, bitter , black , little and nasty. Pathetic staffing as well"

"This it the worst experience that I have ever had American Deli. Upon ordering the employee was rude and impatient. He slammed the cups down when my party upsized their drinks, annoyed when we asked if he could add syrup to the sprite, and seemed to ignore me when asking. I brushed it off b/c I have worked in fast food before and understand it’s easy to get frustrated. But what topped it off was that there was hair in wrapped around my last wing and when calling in the same worker suggested it was my hair when you can clearly see the difference. I am disgusted and will not be back."
