Mr. Kraker during our taxes was very arrogant to fact that he made it seem like my questions were ignorant and to trust that he knows what he is doing. After the terrible experience I returned to H&R Block where I have always experienced great customer service with a great tax return. Mr. Kraker showed terrible customer service when all I requested was a copy of my invoice. He pretty much said it was not worth his time.
