"Food was good and came out fast. It is too bad waffle house doesn't have normal tables with normal chairs."

"I am extremely impressed that all of the employees were in good spirits and simply gave gave me the impression they did not mind working on Christmas day. If they did not like having to work on Christmas day, they definitely did not show it. Our waitress was very exceptional. Her cheerfulness definitely brightened up my day. Breakfast was cooked extremely well. I thank every employee and especially our waitress for being cheerful on a dreary Christmas day. 25 December 2023"

"I prefer this location (Taylor Road) over some of the others. Each time I go, I am greeted and the food is always hot! The most recent time I went, I was helped by Felecia. She was so personable and professional and I appreciated the superb customer service! I will be back very soon!!"

"An all around great breakfast. Food was perfectly prepared; the service was tops; and the facility was clean. Shamefully, though, the servers work for below minimum wages, with expecting that customers will pay them tips. The capitalist owners pocket great profits as the government allows them to violate federal wage laws....."

"For lunch I went to this Waffle House near work. Never again. Walked in and the music is blaring. Not unusual for this WH and I’ve just accepted it. This time there were three employees sitting at the bar singing at the top of their lungs. One so loud her tongue was hanging out. I almost left but thought that would be rude, so I stayed. Ordered my lunch and the singing got louder. And the waitresses’s tongue came out again. Then out came a phone and a video chat started. Shortly after my lunch arrived (I’m the only customer in the restaurant, so it was quick) and the waitress with the tongue stands in her chair, maneuvers the phone so her butt is being videoed and transmitted via the WWW to some unlucky recipient, and says, “Now where’s my 40 dollars?” That was the last straw. I said rather loudly, “You gotta be kidding me.” The employees had a shocked look on their faces and the music got turned down. I said, “I’m trying to eat my lunch and you’re videoing your butt for money.” Her reply, “I ain’t video’n my butt I’m FaceTiming.” And she proceeds to tell me what she thinks of me interrupting her side hustle. The nerve of me wanting to eat lunch…in peace…at a restaurant. The other employees ushered her to the back, my waitress apologized profusely, and I finished and left. This is the ABSOLUTE worst Waffle House I've ever been to, and not just based on this visit. I've had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location, but the food is good and so I'll go every few months. Each time I'm reminded why I don't go there often."
