"Great food. Bit rundown, no drink refills and they got my order wrong but the fries were crispy and the fried catfish was perfect. It's nice they have Lowrys at the counter to season your food to your liking with some more flavor but it would be better if the food was seasoned right out of the fryer instead of at the window."
"Horrible service. They never answer the phone. Every time I order ahead online I always have to wait an extra 20 mins after I get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I literally watch 5 + cars in the drive thru pick up there order before I got mine. When you ask them questions they act like they can’t hear you and walk away."
