Reviews
"The service at the restaurant was subpar. The establishment wasn't busy, yet the staff seemed unconcerned with providing adequate customer care. My meal was prepared but left to get cold on the line while they continued their personal conversations and playing around instead of attending to customers promptly. Having awaited assistance for checkout, I received none. It appeared the employees were preoccupied with their personal discussions. Eventually, I chose to depart and head over to the establishment in Eastchase."
"Maybe someone can update this, but I stopped going when they got rid of mushrooms as well as the spicy sauce they had I forget what it was. How in the hell do you run a Mexican themed restaurant and not have either of those? I can understand the mushrooms but not the hot sauce."
"Oh Moes, most people already know about Moe's but here it goes. This location isn't bad. They didn't yell welcome to Moe's on this occasion... To anyone, so that's a win for me. For anyone who is new to Moe's it's basically build a burrito/taco/quesadilla out of what we have in heated containers behind the bar. Food was good in spite of them being out of pico at the time and the odd chewy chip. I got the stacker with adobo chicken and bacon. Not spotless but not too dirty. Associates could probably act less like they regret their life decisions, but overall it wasn't a bad trip to Moe's"
"Staff is well trained, I always feel satisfied for the amount of ingredients they add. I am very picky and I ask precise quantity for everything. Few things very nominal and few things way more than usual customer but they do their job without a single sign of annoyance. I’m sorry but usually most of the Sub way maker and chipotle maker gets annoyed because of my precise request on each ingredients but here in similar food place they do their job with smile and I really really appreciate them. I wish I was blessed with so much of money that I would tip them with dollars instead of just words."
"There aren't enough staff for the heavy traffic of customers. They have too much on them to correctly fix your order. I don't like to speak loudly so I just take whatever they give me and I move along. I barely got half a scoop of chicken. I don't understand why they decided to get rid of white rice. The weird seasoning they put in the rice is offensive to those who can't have it. They increased the price. So they should accommodate everyone. They improved their selections for the worse. Lobby wasn't attended too. The icee machine was out of order so was the lemonade. The white rice should be in small pan option. The heating element isn't working properly the walk to the car the chicken was cold."
