"I come here frequently. Day shift is flawless! Night shift needs some work. I ordered my fries without salt(as I always do). Get my order in drive thru and my fries are hard and pretty much burnt. Go inside to get the situation corrected and the “team leader” acted as if I was bothering him to do his job. Why be a team lead if you don’t want to do the work? I asked one of the employees to get the team leads attention as he was ignoring me. He tells his team members “He’s already been helped. The fries are coming.” Well I had another concern! My condiments were not in my bag."
