"So the food is great! It is always fresh and hot when served to the table. The drinks are fabulous as well. I have no complaint in that department. The only reason I wouldn't come here more often, however, is the service. My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times in the last 6 months, and every time, we are never greeted with kind hostesses. We enjoy going out to eat and having positive dining experience, however, its hard to enjoy it when the hosts and waitresses act rude or like your presence is annoying to them. I do my best to be understanding and kind, but sometimes I feel like a smile and positive attitude would go a long way. The other issue with servers is that they check on their tables very rarely. I never try to blame anyone, but I do feel like this should be acknowledged and addressed by management. It is an ongoing problem and it's devastating that such a great restaurant is tainted with this kind of negative energy."

"We didn't even eat our food there. We asked for to go boxes almost immediately after ordering our food and receiving it. Usually when you are paying for food and go into a restaurant you expect a peaceful atmosphere. They had nice music playing place was well kept the hostess was energetic and sweet. Our waiter was was amazing and understanding. My problem is with the cooks and manager. The cooks are blasting music unfit for the environment OVER the already loud music in the store it is one thing to do that at closing or have your music on the radio thats fine. But I am not here to listen to loud trashy phone music blaring against the loud radio music. We complained to the manger and he did nothing. The only one quick to help us out and get us out and pay for our food quickly to leave was James our amazing waiter. He has been there a while and we enjoy him every time we were there in the past. I can say now though i will NEVER be back because of thats how the manager handles customers discomfort and allows the cooks to behave such a way how can I trust that my food is even safe to eat when they have that uncaring behavior? This is just unbelievable."

"I'd willingly have a heart attack for their chili. Their chili had the consistency of a sort of miniature ground beef. The chili had the perfect amount of spice to it as well. Their Mac and cheese was creamy. It was devoured in mere minutes before anything else. There was 0 hope for that Mac surviving as you can see. I might be biased because this was my first meal of the day. The mashed potatoes were cheesy and pretty good as well. I was thinking what would make the potatoes even better? Cheese, Bacon and Spring Onions in the center of the mashed potatoes. Like off brand potato lasagna. Probably overdoing it but just a thought to myself. And all of that wasn't even the main dish I got a full order of ribs. Pricey, but what do you expect for ribs. I think I got honey Chipotle sauced up on them and they were perfect. Steamy, tore apart effortlessly, clean off the bone. I'm no expert reviewer or a frequent diner for these types of places, but this was the best dish of food I've ever had from eating out. Everything was made to perfection. Damn almost forgot about the margaritas. I had two for $6 each. Criminally delicious ngl. I could have drink that until my liver retired. On a juice wrld ark. Wild berry margarita. Would 1000% get again. Was also thinking of getting dessert as well, but I was so full that the thought of any of the sort was nowhere to be seen. Long review, yeah. I put my heart into writing what I'm passionate about. Would recommend this place."

"I've been to Chilli's a few times, particularly this location. We were greeted and seated in a timely fashion. Our server was very friendly and checked on us throughout dinner. The food and drinks were very good."
