"UPDATE: Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the district manager, Laticia, explaining that there were some issues the night we were there that she is actively working to resolve. She was deeply apologetic and offered my husband and I a complementary meal. She showed real, true professionalism and understanding. She very much cares for her customers and providing a more than satisfactory experience. Updating my rating to 5 stars because I could not have asked for a better response. Thank you Laticia! We went through the drive through with two simple orders. We sat in line for 45 minutes. We finally had to leave without food to make it to an appointment. This is the second time we have had to leave without our food at the drive through because of excessive wait times. We thought the first time might have been a fluke but with it occuring a second time several weeks apart it's obviously just the norm. Won't be returning for a third try/disappointment."
