Checkers

"App doesn't work. The crew grabs your phone out your hand to take it across the restaurant. They don't speak. They give you cold food. They upcharge you and never give your upcharge item.still nothing has changed but gotten worse. The automated system doesn't know the inventory of the store ans now there is only card or exact change why management isn't going to the bank. If they can't keep cash on hand then they should close. Cashiers do not have any customer service.i forgot they make you wait but the food is cold. 0 stars they make you order at the speakers but the automated speaker doesn't understand words. Automated speaker kept saying out of order out of stock but the cashier says they have it. Very bad customer service."

"Male workers are ok but two times in one week I've been here and both times the female workers have cussed at customers gave wrong orders and talked to like asking for sauce I paid for, is a crime. Then given the WRONG sauce. Ranch and blue cheese aren't the same now I have unhappy kids and wasted money. Would be a fantastic place to go if the female workers were trained better at how to treat people in general."

"I would like to see who keeps them in business. The owner either doesn't know or doesn't care about this Checker's. Every single time I go to this location I can never get dairy unless it's cheese. Day or night. They will say it with attitude too like I should have known. But they are right. I should have known because they have become the new McDonald's. Even McDonald's down the street from them machine is always working! I love Checker's in general but sometimes I don't want to go to Sonic or Cookout for a banana milkshake. Someone needs to do a checkup on the employees and Checker's equipment. I'll be looking for a contact us page after this myself."

"Had to change my review due to a bad experience on 11/23/2023. I came to the drive thru and the artificial intelligence voice took my order and asked me if I wanted to upgrade my drink to a slushie. I asked how much for the up charge and the automated voice stated that it had to get someone to assist me. A real lady came on shortly with a very nasty attitude and said “1.50” twice. She said it as if I were bothering her. She then proceeds to tell me that since I interrupted the artificial voice thing, that I had to get out of line and go back around and come back through to order. That’s just crazy when she, as a real person could have simply taken my order. Just lazy. If the A.I thing can’t answer questions , a real capable person needs to be there ready and willing to take orders. I will not waste my time again."

"This place stays out of everything. My hamburger was Luke warm. The fries were delicious. They need to keep more products. Also, they need to make sure they have soda before they hand it out the window. Mine tasted like bad water. I had to return to Checkers for a fresh soda."
