"The problem I had was that they did not take the coupon I had when I ordered my food. When I asked why, they told me the owner said that too many people were abusing the coupon. When I asked what do you mean abusing? The manager proceeded to say that people were giving out coupons to other customers in the store. So from now on I'll go to another Subway that does take coupons."
