Waterford Bend Playground

"Nice place, beautiful scenery. The playsets are different than any other place I've seen, but not a lot of things to actually play on. Does have a beautiful creek with wooden bridges. Diskgolf area on other side."

"This is part of the Cass benton park system between Hines dr and Northville rd. Intended for young kids. The river runs through here. The playground is well maintained from what I can tell. I was walking my dog through the area on a relatively warm winter day."

"When i watched the Curious case of Benjamin button movies, at the end of it , a small phrase got my complete attention : " Some people were born to sit by a river" , well guess what? sitting by a wild river and mostly all river get the bes of my, it's a calm gesture and a great habit that i really enjoy, at this park i founf a river, and i sat by it, my family were impressed by the colorful trees, my kids where overwhelmed by the playground, i was sitting by the river cleaning my ears by the sound of flowing water while my wife and kids were watching some people enjoying fishing, relaxing, get amazed by every part of it. totally recommended it. P.S.: i honestly didn't like that the highway is right behind it and while enjoying you will get disturbed by the passing traffic."

"This is a really nice park, has a really cool play climbing structure for the kids, and a really nice stream that goes through the park that is very shallow for the kids to have fun in."
