Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"Our last three visits to various Cracker Barrel’s have been a disappointment and today was no different. Walking into the restaurant was like walking into a meat freezer. Employees even had coats on. The hostess was not at all hospitable. Server was good, no issues there. I wanted soup. They didn’t have soup of any kind. I ordered a grilled cheese which was fine but the steak fries I ordered with it were not fresh. They had simply been warmed over. My husband had chicken pot pie which was fine. But we rushed because it was so cold in there. It was not a pleasant dining experience at all. It seems since they changed the menu and started serving alcohol it’s gone downhill. Sad because we always enjoyed stopping while traveling"

"The server was very nice and helpful. The pancakes, crispy bacon, grits, and biscuit with strawberry preserves were delicious! The cashier was helpful in getting me signed up for the Cracker Barrel Rewards Points to use in future visits! It was a great experience!"

"Great service. The server was friendly and fast. We were a party of 6 and every breakfast entree was delicious. You just can't beat a Cracker Barrel breakfast. And kudos to Cracker Barrel for offering egg white options, impossible sausage and a chicken sausage. I didn't try any but 1 in our party did the egg whites"

"Wonderful place to dine! Pros: Food is very tasty Service was excellent Not crowded Cons: 45 minute drive from our home. Well worth it! Our party had Steak & Shrimp w/2sides. Delicious & Cooked perfectly. Other parties had the Meatloaf, Chicken & Dumplings & one had a Breakfast. The price is most reasonable & everyone was very pleased!"

"Great place and we always stop here on our way to and from bradenton . they need to run off some of the homeless homeless people and long-term campers. They also need better signage because cars are parking in the Rv and bus."
