"Oh my goodness when are we going to get it. A restaurant reflects the workers. If the food is bad people talk about the workers. The managers and employees. We must take pride in our jobs. Restaurant business is a highly respected business and serving is a gift when you enjoy doing it. You want the recipients of your services, to be happy and come back. I received some bad dry old chicken today about 2:00pm. I did not get my change back either it was just a nickel but it was my nickel. I would not recommend this Churches Chicken restaurant to anyone. NO ONE ON NO DAY SHOULD BE SERVED OLD CHICKEN. It reflects you. Back again this time I am in line you have a sign saying shrimp basket but it is not until the next day. Put the date on there DUMMIES. So Stupid."

"The chicken was old and the biscuit was hard. The dining room was cool and it's the fall time."

"The girl at the window has a nasty attitude and walk away from the window after I gave her my card and went to the back I asked her nicely for my card back and she processed to have an attitude. I feel like if u don't like your job u shouldn't work there that was very unprofessional and she need to be gone. I will call coordinate about this behavior."

"Out of tenders. Okay, cool! However, waited 10 minutes for a side of okra and a biscuit. Not cool. The biscuit was burnt and dry. The person taking the order came across like she was being inconvenienced by taking orders…or being there in general. No, “Hi”, “Hello”, or anything. Just take the order and leave. This also was my friend’s experience that ordered after me. She just paid for $20 for two of these (see pic)."
