"Beautiful area and great sites, but only open to boy scout/girl scout youth groups. Very disappointing that more people can't enjoy this area."
"Great campsite, #1 is the best, but #2 is good too. Lots of open space, and the river goes through the camp. You can float the river very easily, and you are still close to everything if you needed to grab something. Sometimes the gate is locked so you need to go to the park office to get them to open it. Camping is like $35 plus park fees."

"What a great compittion at Kensington. It was easy to find and great space to haul in. I wish the trails were not so gravely but still beautiful."
"Nice camp with large sites. Some sites offer good shade, but some are in full sun all day. Specific sites cannot be reserved so you need to get there early to get a good location. Vault toilets are available in the middle of the camp and it can be a long walk from some of the sites. The Huron river runs through the camp and one way canoe rentals are available so that you can start upstream and end at the entrance to the camp. We camp here when canoeing."
