"Government blvd location,(Springhill location just as bad)I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an audio installer that ranks among the worst I've ever encountered. To put it bluntly, you'd be better off driving to Atlanta, New York, Alaska, or even Canada for your audio needs, as the time and frustration saved would be well worth it. About seven years ago, they attempted to sell me a used battery at the full retail price and expressed anger when I declined their dubious offer. The ordeal continued when I purchased $1100 worth of speakers and requested their installation. Initially, they assured me that my choice of crossovers was suitable. However, a week later, when I brought the components for installation, they inexplicably changed their stance and raised their voices at me. Their behavior was akin to a stern father scolding a red-headed stepson. I am not exaggerating the owner literally yelled at me. As if this weren't bad enough, their incompetence led to further damage. During the installation process, they broke my car door, had to wait the days for them to find a replacement. Frankly, I remain deeply unsettled by the entire experience and eagerly anticipate the day when I can put it behind me. To add insult to injury, one of their staff members brazenly boasted about a contract they held with the sheriff's department. While I cannot confirm if this contract is still in effect, it raises questions about their operation. Perhaps, one of the law enforcement officers will come across this post and reconsider their association with this establishment. This narrative is meant to highlight the disturbing level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and questionable business practices I encountered, with the hope that it will grab the attention it deserves and serve as a cautionary tale for those seeking audio installation."
"We needed some security system related work done on our clients new Ford F150. Thomas at Audio Unlimited handled the repair for us and did a great job. Scheduling was quick, work was professional, and cost was very reasonable. Five star service!"
"Got a quote to install a Sat radio to my existing radio and then hard wire my radar detector, this is a new car to me and has an aftermarket Pioneer unit. They started the work and then told me it needed to be totally rewired as whoever installed did a messing job and wanted an additional $65 to do it, it could cause a fire. It was all apart at that point so said go ahead. When they got done paid for it got in and my radar detector was not hard wired in, still on the cigarette adapter. He said they forgot about that and they pull it back and did I have a wire for it. I told him no as I said when we first talked I was moving it from another hardwire. So he said he would pull it back in but I would have to pay an additional $30 for the wire that they'd have to order and I'd have to come back. I live across the bay. That was it, I left and ordered my own wire for $12 and hooked it up."
"Doesn't even deserve star. We went in at 12 for a simple amp and sub install that we were told would be done in 2 hours, but it took 5 and a 1/2 hours. The manager was inconsiderate and nonchalant about the situation. When we complained his words were "it should have been done hours ago and I'm pretty much paying you now for installation" then he walked away. We will never do business here again."
"I don't recommend this business. They definitely don't stand behind the product they sell. I've had to return for several problems and they always want to resale you something. And I am a repeat customer with 14 vehicles. The Springhill Ave location sucks. I wouldn't take my bike there. They should change the name to audio limited. The owner Thomas is as unprofessional as it gets. I'm never going to patronize this shop ever again."
