"There was a 35 minute delayed start at time of appointment however work was performed in a normal time frame & price for work performed, balance & mounting of tires were better than anticipated. I would highly recommend their quality of service, location of business address, attention to details, recommendation to other inspection referrals & efficient front office staff."
"Customer service was polite prompt and helpful.. got the vehicle back in one day.. which was great… however, that night when expecting it. We were told it be ready in 30 minutes which actually turned to be about an hour and a half.. not a big deal except for tying up time we could have utilized to get things done that we had to put off. It would been better for us if we were simply told it’ll be ready in the morning.. And we felt as though the technician had to “rush” to get the vehicle finished.. my recommendation is to underpromise and over deliver.. your clients time is important.. and having a trusting relationship with you is huge.. "I have used Gipson Tires for several years for all of my vehicles maintenance. I visited the Chantilly location for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Ms. Katelyn and the other lady were very sweet and attentive to every customer. The mechanical technician brought me to the back and showed me exactly what additional repairs were needed to my vehicle. They also gave the customers some of the lunch that was ordered for the employees. I really appreciate everything they did to make all of us feel at home while we waited on our vehicles. I will definitely be returning back to the Chantilly Location."
