"They will take advantage of you. Why I say this is they charge you money and do not fix your car. Please don't use them"
"They did a great job on my car took care of the issue would highly recommend using very friendly staff and they get the diagnostic and job is done before you know prices are fair and and you don't get ripped thanks guys again"
"Brought my car in for repairs. Let me start off by saying im unsure of my internal repairs. Diagnosis was great. He knew what it was... but when i got my car back and took it on a trip to florida I almost didnt make it back. 3 out of 8 of my coil packs where so lose they could have came off. They also did work on my chain guides and tensioners. 2300$ worth of work. The car jumped timing and had to be towed back. Update. They did honor their warranty and repaired the work that was done. They got it done quickly. The only guy that gave me a little issue was the front desk guy. But the owner stood by his word. And I respect that. Their are 2 reasons this is not 5 star. And one is the mechanic did not care enough to check what was throwing the new codes. P2004 and P2005. And what i mean by that was just eye balling it to see if it was anything obvious. But it was very simple. The wiring harness in the back was not clipped back into its holder and was blocking the control arms of the actuator from moving properly. Cleared codes and issue is fixed. The 2nd thing is where my coils were in fact not replaced but the boots were replaced instead of the actual coil packs. It was way cheaper for me to just order all new preformance MSD coil packs (that come with new boots) . If anyone would like to buy my coil boots please hit me up. They are barely used and i have no need for rubber coil boots. Over all glad to have my Mustang GT back."
"If I could choose negative 5 stars, I sure would!!! These people think money grows on trees. My vehicle was stuck in 4 low so they said I needed a transfer case to the tune of $2500 parts and labor. So I called the dealer and got a quote for the part for $500 less than the $2200 they quoted me. So that prompted me to call my regular mechanic for a second opinion. He said with the amount of mIles on the vehicle he was almost certain the transfer case was fine. Sure enough THE SECOND OPINION IS WHAT I RECOMMEND IF YOU GONNA DEAL WITH THIS SHOP. The switch on the transfer case was bad and cost me $392 with parts and labor to fix. Then to top it all off they charged me $5 to use my credit card for their $75 fake diagnostic fee. Glad their still some trustworthy mechanic shops out there."
