"I went in there today . I love the earrings the most but I often buy clothes as well . The new young lady at the counter was very standoffish. I was trying on clothes and she got very irritated with me . She acted like she had rather have crows peck out her eyeballs than be there , today, helping me. Very rude . The manager was not particularly friendly, either. Got onto me for bringing in my drink , which I placed on the counter , away from the register , because I didn't want to spill it looking at clothes on racks . She got onto me about that , but did not mind, in the least, that her employee was unprofessional, rude, and utterly unhelpful. It would be nice to be treated with an ounce of respect. A little kindness goes a long way ."

"On Monday, May 3, 2021 I went to Cato in Wetumpka, AL to shop for a dressy, casual dress for a wedding on Saturday. There were two women employees that were extremely helpful and patient with me. I didn't know hardly anything about the latest dress styles that are popular so I had some anxiety picking out a dress and shoes. The two employees gave me some helpful tips, answered questions, and they even picked out a couple of dresses for me to try on. I ended up buying a dress that one of the ladies picked out for me to try. I don't know their names but I wanted to leave a good review."

"I was in the Wetumpka store today and picked out 2 pairs of pants and a shirt to try on. I told the lady I had 3 items to try on so she unlocked the fitting room. When I came out she said she would return the clothes to the rack and said "you only had 2 pairs of pants?" I said yes, I had 2 pairs of pants and a shirt which is what I just gave you. She took them and then went to look in the fitting room that I had been in. I was the only customer that she checked behind while I was in there today which made me feel like she thought I was a thief."
