"I called and had two pairs of shorts held for my daughter. I was told they would hold them for me and I would be in same day to buy them. My husband went to buy them for me. They had put them back on the shelf and one pair sold. My husband informed the manager that we would not buy the other pair since they put them back on the shelf. We were told they put them back b/c it is tax free weekend a high volume time and they knew the shorts would sell. I was not told that they would put them back if I had not come in a certain amount of time. I had to nap our children before I could get over there. The manager did not care that we told her we would not shop there anymore. She just said, Ok. I called and got the same response from her when I told her we would not be shopping there again. She did not care if they lost customers. We will never shop here again. It is unfortunate since my daughter loves that store. Terrible customer service!"
