"I placed an order in the Fall, waited a few weeks, reached out via email, and never heard back. The website said the order was processed but not filled. I sent another email a few days ago and received a "mail delivery failure" email in response. Then I noticed the website doesn't exist anymore, and the social media accounts have been set to private. How are they getting away with this?"

"I placed an order on November 9th. It continues to say “processing”. I have ordered from there for years so I began reaching out in email. No response. Since the owner, Jennifer Green, is on TikTok I began commenting about my order. Others chimed in w/ the same issue. Today she commented to email them. I commented back that I had multiple times. She then comments sarcastically “that is the beauty in online ordering w/ PayPal is you can dispute charges” and that she is no longer affiliated w/ that boutique. Ma’am, you were affiliated w/ it when I made a purchase. That makes you responsible. How is this not theft? Also, those of us who have ordered from you for years trusted your business was the same business you have earned our trust and business w/ over the years. As of December 10th I was still receiving emails about sales and discounts. She needs to be held accountable and explain herself. Unacceptable. She can delete the comments off her TikTok all day long but a whole list of people want answers from the business YOU ran. Not a good look."

"I ordered items back in August and still have not received them. I have emailed them several times over the last few months and have not had one response back. I will not be ordering from them again."

"Please DO NOT ORDER!!! You will not receive your merchandise and the owner will not respond to any emails you send. This was a very reputable business at a time but has now completely gone downhill. I placed an order on October 30th, money was paid and never received my merchandise. I reached out in several occasions and no one ever responded to my email. There is no brick and mortar anymore so I could not drive to a location. There is also no telephone listed to reach this business. When looking up information on Facebook about this company I saw that she has done this to numerous customers. Many are still trying to reach her to resolve their issues. It appears that this has been happening awhile. I saw someone said they have been waiting since August."
