"I brought my car in to be repaired after a minor accident, l paid 3,000 dollars to get my car fixed and the first day I got it back my steering wheel wouldn't turn all the way around so I brought it back in to get a 40 dollar inspection, the same inspection they did last time, and they said it would cost another 3,000 dollars to get the rest repaired even though I was told my car was repaired the first time. Either the mechanics are terrible at their job or they are SCAMMING people to keep coming back for overpriced repairs, either way this shop needs to be INVESTIGATED or SHUT DOWN immediately, PLEASE DO NOT give them any more of your money or your business they will try to screw you over with a smile on their face"

"A few months ago I bought a new car. It's a 2021. I moved about a month ago, which is 2 hours from "home." I had a Dr appt (94 miles one way) & almost made it there before my brakes went out. It was so scary & I had no clue what to do. I had it towed to Pep Boys bc they were the closest. I'm so glad I went with them. They have been so wonderful & so helpful throughout all of this. My fix is not an easy or cheap one but they've handled everything for me. I highly recommend them!"

"Great service from this location. I had them do a ton of work on my truck and they finished exponentially faster than expected. Everything seems to working great. Prices are a little high on some things, but it's worth the extra cost to know they're doing it correctly."
