"Wish I had read the reviews before going here. My roommate and I stopped after work on our way home. I would normally use the one on Cottage Hill near Hillcrest, but their Shake Machine has been waiting for a part indefinitely and my roommate wanted a chocolate shake with her order. From the time we pulled up in the drive-thru, there was one vehicle in front of us. We waited behind him for better than 10 minutes. Then had to wait a few more minutes to place our order. Then waited at the window and received her chocolate shake, which wasn't fully mixed. And waited, and waited, and waited. Meanwhile I could see the "Manager" through the window and she had her back to the lobby and posing for a selfie on her cell phone. When the young lady working the drive-thru came back to the window she asked us to pull ahead and park! Seriously?! We then waited another ten minutes. The young lady finally was walking to our vehicle when the "Manager" hollered at her to say that wasn't our order. It was for the vehicle behind us. At that point I nearly went inside and demanded my money back. But I didn't. After nearly 40 minutes total time, we got our order. By the time we got home, my burger was only warm, and my roommates was COLD! And they forgot one of the two orders of onion rings! I will NEVER stop at this location again. Owners of this franchise would be wise to replace the "Manager" that was on duty."

"It was Terrible service and time to spend too much time talking. it took me 15 minutes to get a 16 pc chicken nugget, and they didn't even give me my drink when I asked why i didn't get it."

"Would give it a 0 stars if I could, we have tried to stop at this one about 10 times in the last 6 months to get my elder mother who lives near this location one of their frozen cokes because they help her take her meds and 0 out of 10 attempts they say with the most sour attitude which I'm going to quote it " machine don't work" . I'm sorry but how does a multi million dollar franchise have a .000 average out of 10 attempts over 6 months not have a working machine. Why even buy a machine like that if your not going to put it to use. I'm sure it's a combination of user error and lack of work motivation."

"10/7/23 If it were possible to give a rating of less than one star I would. Stopped at this location while on my lunch break. I had to wait close to 10 minutes at the counter, before my order was taken. All I ordered was some onion rings, no drink or sandwich, just onion rings. I waited while talking with someone I knew, who happen to come in. After waiting close to 20 minutes, my order was still not ready. I inquired as to how much longer it was going to be, until my order was ready, and that's when I find out, the onion rings hadn't even been placed in the fryer yet. I waited about 5 more minutes, and then I had to go. I had to leave without my order, that I had paid for. I paid with my bank card, so I will have the charge for the order reversed. Needless to say, I will not be coming to this place again, not just because of the poor service, but also because I don't feel that I can trust this establishment to safely prepare my food. Clearly, this place has some issues, and I think it would be better, if I took my business elsewhere from now on."
