I'll never give them another dollar."

"This was great, but I am having to change my rating from a 5 to a 3. The reason is that there is a manager - female - who became extremely rude when I needed to return a saw I purchased yesterday. She wanted to know if it had been used once, and I just wanted my money back. Told her the darn thing wouldn't cut she finally gave me my credit refund. I've used this store for many purchases, rather than the national chains, but that is over. Perhaps I'll be better served at another hardware company."
