"My breakfast experience at Krystal was delightful. The menu had a variety of options to choose from, and I opted for their classic breakfast sandwich. It was flavorful and satisfying, a perfect way to start the day. The service was prompt and friendly, making my visit even more enjoyable. Krystal is definitely a great spot for a delicious and convenient breakfast."

"Employees aren't friendly at all, but not rude. Grits was under cooked. I don't like paying for something that I can't eat."

"Don't trust the hours posted on Krystal's website. They are incorrect and misleading. Drove to the 4110 Government Blvd. location twice just to find it closed both times. And, if you order online through their webside/app, but can't pick your order up because they are closed. Click their "Contact Us" and request a refund. Just make sure you put your order number in the request as well as an explanation for the request (restaurant closed, etc.). If I ever get the chance to visit the location while they're open, I'll update this review."

"This was my favorite Krystals experience. The staff were polite and spoke clearly. When they brought us our food (in the drive thru) they made sure to bag each combo separately, AND made sure that we had exactly what was ordered before we left."

"First, the food was hot, tasty and relatively fast all things considered. That said, this 5 star review is not so much for Krystal as it is for the only 2 employees I saw working. In an era when people are too lazy and don't want to work, these 2 employees were at work, and serving customers. They deserve special recognition for something that is becoming a rarity, people working at their job. Again, this review is more about the employees working today than it is for the Krystal company itself."
