"My burger was raw started eating it and then something said look at the meat and it was so raw. She gave me a drink with another flavor on top of the lid then I asked her to remake it she put another lid on there and gave it bk. Tried to call them and it’s no number"

"What's going on here! They're still using old oil it smelled bad. Cashier was unfriendly. I asked for a soda, she got the cup & turned it "mouth down" on the counter. A friend with us ordered a bacon cheeseburger - the bacon was half- cooked. She took it back, that killed her appetite! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE FOR LUNCH. It's shameful !! Management if you care- you need to walk in unannounced to see for yourself."

"Awful service. went through the drive through, because dining room was closed at 5:30 pm on a Saturday! ordered a single classic meal. forgot to order a Frosty to go with it. Got to the pickup window. told them I would like to add a Frosty to my order. She told me “They didn’t take add on’s at the window, I would have to go around and come through the drive through again! What? I told them to keep the whole order and Left! Never again!"
