"This is a truck stop not a regular gas station. Yet this truck stop has completely removed a driver's lounge or any place where a driver can sit and feel welcome for any length of time. As a trucker I will never come here again as there is no point in me ever coming here."

"1:15 waiting for the shower to be cleaned I had to talk to the manager to do something about it. 10 minutes later I finally have to take a bath. this place sucks, the workers treat the drivers badly all the time. The manager was courteous and polite but apparently the workers do not respect him, all the reviews talk about the same thing."

"Pilot Flying J whats up with your employees at this location forcing customers to use the self checkout and being very rude about it? I told her i would rather not, as I needed cigarettes and to pay for parking and get my receipt. She wanted me to use self checkout for the items I had, then when done come over to a register for the parking.. say what?? There were 2 other employees behind the counter doing nothing, and she was so rude about it that I left about $70 worth of merchandise on the counter and walked out. I went across the freeway to the Loves where they don't charge for parking, nor have self checkouts. Between the merchandise, parking, and me planning on eating in the restaurant, your fine employee ran appx. $120.00 out the door, and you have to pay them to put the merchandise back. This isn't the first time and only store it's happened at and I've done this. I will from now on avoid spending my money at Pilot at all costs. If I wanted to work for Pilot, I'd put my application in."
