"Waited 45 minutes for food. Meanwhile our waitress never came to check on us. No drink refills $3.49 for a sweet tea unlimited refills right. Never did eat just left. Never will I ever go there again. By the way the floor was sticky like it had not been cleaned in months."

"I ordered the 2x2x2 with onion rings. I went through doordash i ordered 2 pancakes 2 turkey bacon and 2 scrambled eggs with american cheese. My food was cold i have no cheese in my eggs and the important thing offall i was given no syrup. I mean you would think syrup automatically come with it since i ordered pancakes. The onion rings was probably the only thing i was okay with eating"

"My family has been divided on the IHOP versus Waffle House debate for almost 20 years. Not being born or raised in the the South, my family preferred IHOP but when you move to Alabama, Waffle House is King. I made my family go to IHOP purely for nostalgic reasons, I love the rooty tooty fresh and fruity but the service in the Montgomery restaurant was so bad we stopped going for many years. So when my kids asked if they could go back recently we thought why not give it a try... We were pleasantly surprised that it had a good health rating, plenty of staff and although they changed the menu and got rid of the rooty tootie fresh and fruity, but the food was still enjoyable. The service was a little slow and we had to ask to have our drinks refilled but the place was busy so we were patient. All in all we will be back."

"There was a 10-15 minute wait when we got there, but this was due to them being short staffed, so that was understandable. Our waiter (Alex) was very polite (same for the staff) and it didn't take long for our food to get to us. As you can see from the photos, the food was good!"
