"Stopped by around 2:30 pm, my dad wanted a Brisket Bacon and Beef and Cheddar. Quick, easily understood transaction at the drive thru, same at the pickup window and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. He really enjoyed his sandwich. Well done all around."

"Service was terrible. Lady at the register didn’t greet or speak one word during the whole transaction. Not even asking what we want to order, just stood there. Food was not even on the bun was just throw together where we had to put it together to actually eat it. We also didn’t receive part of our order, we had to go ask for the remain part of our meal and still didn’t say one word just filled up our son’s milkshake a part of a way not even fully. So it was terrible experience and that lady should be fired and hire someone with decent customer service skills. She was scheduled 3pm Sunday 12/3/23."

"This particular Arby's happens to be clean & well staffed. Employees (Asia) & supv (?) welcoming, friendly & helpful. I was "bummed" that Arby's stopped the limited time offer of the Big Game Burger ... Ate cheesesteak instead. Big Game Burger needs to be included in regular menu ... FABULOUS Burger!! Highly Recommend this Arby's!!"

"I made an order and they swiped my card. It showed up on my statement that it came out of my account, but they claimed the payment did not go through, so they could not give me my order. When I told them the money came out of my account, they said that it might show up as pending, but would show back up on my card after it was done pending. However, I can see today that it is no longer pending, and the payment went through. So I indeed did pay for food that I did not receive. They essentially stole my money. They did give me one of the 5 sandwiches I ordered after I begged them to because that was the last of my money until I got paid later that night, but that did not make up for how ridiculous this situation was."

"I got the brisket and frys, my grandson got the gyro, it was all good. This restaurant also has a health score of 98 and that's a big plus in my book. Keep up the good work"
