"Do NOT order breakfast from this location via Uber eats. I have ordered oatmeal bar on several different occasions and they NEVER send it. Today, they gave me a regular chicken biscuit that I did not order. I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant!! They did not bring my drink nor did they include my two oatmeal bars!!! I got a FULL refund from Uber eats and I will never order here again!!!!"

"My coworker and I dined in last week for lunch. We couldn't wash our hands because there was no soap or paper towels at the washing station, and both bathrooms were locked. (When we asked, we were told there was no toilet paper. There were also no napkins in the restaurant.) We were the ONLY two people inside the restaurant while the drive thru seemed busy. Most of the attention was given to them as we had to wait several minutes before anyone took our order. After being seated for our meal, two transient men entered the restaurant and began asking my coworker and me for money. When we refused, he stood around by our table and talked, but we kept our eyes focused on our food. The second man moved in to ask us for money as soon as the first one walked away. When we refused, he walked to the trash can inside the corner of the restaurant and proceeded to go through the garbage can, fishing out receipts and various containers. All the while, not one employee noticed or made any effort to ask the men to leave. While I am usually comfortable eating out in this part of the city, this day --- and this restaurant --- were particularly off. I probably won't be back. You should definitely avoid dining in at this location if you are alone. Don't even think about it after dark...even if accompanied."

"Very run down inside. Order was wrong but didn't go back. I know to check next time. Cushions on bench seats has rips in the seats with packing tape covering them up. Floor was greasy. Don't recommend. Service was okay once I received it. Biggest problem was order being wrong. I didn't go back as I picked up on the way home 3 miles away."

"I pulled up in the drive thru at 8:13am and nobody greeted me or took my order until 8:21am. When they did come on they told me they had just opened, but the website says that the drive thru opens at 6:30am. I made my order and when I got to the window to receive my order I asked for 2 honey mustard to which the employee responded “we can only give you one because you didn’t order any chicken nuggets.” When I told her that I had two orders and needed more than just one honey mustard she told me it was going to be .40 cents. When I said that it’s the least she could do since I had to wait so long her response was “that’s not my problem.” I am a general manager myself and understand the importance of customer service. I also do not leave reviews unless I have consistent problems because I also understand how harshly people can be when it comes to fast food restaurants. It’s very apparent that this restaurant either needs new leadership or better customer service training."
