"I went to drive through and was told to hold for a minute. Twenty minutes later the guy said come around to the window where he tells me the system is down. Well he could have said that in the beginning and not have wasted my time."

"This location has gone down tremendously. I understand being short staffed or whatever, I can even deal with the longer wait times. However the quality of food that's being passed out is awful. Waiting 15mins plus in line just to get stale,old,greasy re-dropped mozzarella sticks,fries and etc is crazy. Inaccurate orders and all kinds of stuff,this has become a regular occurence each time I visit this location. All I say is check your food before pulling off.."

"I don’t care how stressful the work situation is, there is no excuse for publicly complaining about your co workers in front of diners and for getting in shouting matches. Deal with it as professionals and remember that customers, including children, are listening. I’ll never go to this restaurant again and will tell others not to as well."
