"This TA deserves 10 stars. I stay at this truck stop every time I go to Mobile. It's been here a long time but it's nicer and cleaner than some new truck stops out there. The employees are always nice and helpful. I've never used the shop but if the store is an example of the whole place then I would definitely use them without hesitation. Keep up the great work. Nice places like this for truckers to stop and stay are becoming scarce."

"Very rude employees.. harassed while visiting a friend that drives a semi all cause my car was in a parking spot beside his truck..parking area wasn’t busy at all.. also a local resident and everyone of my peeps will boycott this location.. very very unacceptable.. also you have been reported to your corporate office for your rude employee that done that to me."

"I love this truck stop. It has ample restaurants all the way around it. It has Dunkin Donuts, Popeye's Chicken, Arby's, McDonald's and Waffle House. My only question is why is half the parking lot reserved? I submitted the photo that was taken at 8 at night and half the parking lot is open. How is that good for business?"

"TOP NOTCH SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! Came in on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. They had me in the bay within 20 minutes and hub seal replaced within 45 minutes! Tech-Jeremy was extremely thorough and, in my opinion, went above and beyond ordinary "duty". Rim and decorative cover were cleaned off prior to reinstallation...VERY NICE! Mo, behind the counter, was very attentive and efficient. Put this T/A on your list of GREAT SHOPS!! You'll be glad you did!"
