"Will not be back. When I pulled in to order, I asked the young lady could I look at the menu. She walked away to “look for a menu” and never returned. I watched her in my rear view mirror just return back 3 cars behind me and start taking their orders. I continued to stay in line planning to just order at the window but then another young lady came up and took my order. When I got to the window my order was in correct, I was told to pull up so they could fix my sandwich adding AMERICAN cheese and bacon. I waited, and another car pulled up to wait too. That car was given their food before. The worker came and brought my order out after waiting and the order was STILL wrong. She went back i, I waited even longer to then have a manager come out and say she “checked” and make sure my sandwich was correct. I come home and my sandwich was STILL in correct as pictured below you can see I ordered AMERICAN cheese and was given PEPPER JACK. It’s the PRINCIPAL of all of this. You can see what my order SHOULD have been, but after being skipped in line, being told to wait TWICE I would never come back to this location and will be reporting this franchise location. Not worth $15"

"8-10 people working the drive-thru, one person working the front counter. Staff needs to be more balanced. Young man who served us was friendly and efficient but he should not have had to run the front counter and dining room alone."

"come here a lot usually never any issues but this morning my sandwich looked like someone dropped an elbow on it, fries were really bad. the rest of the food was cold. they left a sandwich out so i had to go back and o didn’t even get an im sorry about that. really disappointed"
