"Ordered DoorDash don’t $40 on something that would’ve cost $20 in the drive thru. The chicken nuggets were burnt and so dry, which the cashier knew when she put it in the bag and I didn’t get my small fry. Manager was not helpful, she wanted me to bring it back for a replacement which defeats the purpose on me doordashing. Should’ve been cooked right the first time…"

"This Wendy’s is terrible! They will make you sit at the drive thru speaker for 30 minutes and won’t say a word. Don’t take your order or anything. This has happened multiple times! Super slow service and the food be cold and stale 80% of the time. Will no longer be going here. I’ll take my chances driving farther out."

"Went to the drive thru at this location for dinner tonight. Was not given 2 of my items ordered, when I asked for them at the drive thru, I was interrupted, yelled at, told I was wrong for what I had clearly ordered on the receipt, and the workers threw my missing big of fries at me before slamming the window. I was perfectly patient with them as I understand having worked fast food before how busy it can be. I did not deserve the level of miserable, rude service I was given here. Disappointed but what else do you expect in good Ole Montgomery AL?"
