"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Every employee we encountered needs training in customer service and hospitality. They were all so rude to EVERY customer. They don’t speak. They just look at you with a mean mug. They were out of several different meats and one employee kept telling the other employee “WE DON’T DO NO SUBSTITUTION” We just left, and I’ll never return to that subway again."

"Our child was sick and needed medicine in a cup. We took a cup and then after some time we were told to pay $2.15 for the cup without prior knowledge. They didn't give a receipt or proof of purchase.we did purchase a meal."

"Customer service is important in every restaurant. But Miss SAI did not attend that class. Terrible service and disrespectful service, just texting and talking, and then rushing the things up because of the line."

"Overall the food was fine. There were a ton of flies in the restaurant that bit me while I stood in line to order. The staff was fine as well, but they ignored us a little and just talked to each other. My sister and I got salads. She got cheese on hers and they didn't have lids, so they put sandwich paper over it. The cheese stuck to the paper and she had to scrape it off with the fork. Overall it was fine, but would not recommend."

"I’ve worked at a subway before so I know how much meat and cheese goes on each sub. Every time I’ve been to this location they try to put less and you have to call them out on it to get what you’re paying for. For example I just ordered a foot long spicy Italian. They tried to put 6 pepperoni and six salami when I know it’s 10 and 10. I live a little over a mile so I go here quite often and out of the 50+ times I’ve gone here there has only been one lady who makes it right without me having to say anything. I let it go for the longest but I got so tired of paying for something I wasn’t getting. Terrible store! Not to mention they are always out of something. Today it was onions, last week it was lettuce and before that it was pepperoni."
