"yall! alyssa is so damn sweet and she is AMAZING at her job at this location. every time i have come, she has done me right and made all of our drinks PERFECTLY. whether it is a matcha latte, a coconut milk refresher, or a coffee, she has EXCELLED."

"Google maps and the posted hours said this location opens at 5 am. When I went there at about 5:15 to look over a presentation I have to make, the lobby was still closed, only the drive through was open. If they don't want to open that early, fine. But post accurate hours"

"I have high expectations and standards, and I have never had any problems at this Dunkin Donut location. The manager is always nice to me. If they don't have the choices I made on the app, she is always very accomodating. The other staff have never been anything but polite and kind, but I don't go in there acting with attitude and entitlement. I treat people with respect and expect it to be returned. I do not attack them if they do not have my favorite item. My advice to these women throwing shade in their comments is very simple. Show some kkndness, respect, and humility for your fellow human being, and I do not care where you go, you will be treated just the way you'd desire to be treated, but go in there wanting to be served by "these less than deserving beings you've graced by your very presence," and you will be treated just the way you should expect."

"We mobile order, I gave them more time than usual (about 10 minutes before I left to get it) it wasn’t ready. Drive through worker had no customer service skills, didn’t acknowledge, nor talk to us even when we spoke nicely to her. Normally this location is nice. Guess the night shift crowd didn’t get the memo."

"Second time having an issue at this location the staff is rude and today I see why. The manager is beyond rude. I visit Dunkin’ everyday and some days twice. I order the same beverage EVERYDAY I asked for my beverage to be fixed and the employee walked away from the window with no acknowledgment of my comment and the manager came to window and I asked her if she could fix it, she told me “that’s how it’s looking today.” Meaning what they’d presented to me was what she wanted me to pay for. Needless to say, I left without a drink at all when I’d ordered 2."
