"My Sugar Cookie Iced Latte was not sweet at all, very little flavor (I have had it other times at different locations and it was great) so I assume they didn't put any syrup in it. Also, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was cold/stale, and I had to wait over 20 minutes, but everyone else in my small group received their items in less than 5 minutes."
"I did a mobile order and when I arrived to the window, the worker's customer service skills weren't the best, she forgot about my bakery item and didn't even bother to take the piece of cake out of the wrapper and into the sleeve or warm it up."
