"I strongly suggest in-store purchases ONLY! My online experiences have been horrible. I only received half of the items I ordered, and when I finally reached a CC representative I thought everything would be fine. I was advised the items would be re-shipped and I'll receive a confirmation email with in 24 hours. Despite the fact they tried to make me pay for shipping (AGAIN). Long story short; I never received an email nor my items. Aeropostal has pretty much stolen $65.00 of my hard earned money and I even tried disputing with my banker and it's a lost cause. I am very disappointed. I've always love Aero and now sadly, we must part ways."

"Tori was so kind and helpful! She helped me with everything I needed. There was a lot of people shopping and the store was neat and clean. It was obvious they were very busy, but they made me feel like they had plenty of time to take care of me."

"My daughters went into this store today. They are 16 years old. The manager stopped them and accused them of stealing a $3.99 ring. She asked if they could search them and go figure they didn’t find anything!! Let me tell you something my kids do not have to steal nothing! Next time you go to search a minor you better have law enforcement or security there and you better pull video before you falsely accuse a minor. Do you know how embarrassing that is !! This manager got an ear full today and has not heard the last from this parent! I am calling my lawyer to find out what can be done about searching a minor without law enforcement around or contacting a parent!!"

"I would give no stars but it is not allowed. I just received the worst customer service ever from a young caucasisn manager with black hair and bumps all in her face and glasses and a young Caucasian boy with rwd bumos all in his face. The boy was my cashier and he was giving cash cards out to white customers only. When U asked for one, he gave me the worst stare. I have never been treated so ugly! I will never shop in that store again."
