Beach Shack Dauphin Island

"Where do I begin.... first off the employee, can't remember her name was awesome! Second, our golf cart that we rented died on us blocks from the facility. We caught a ride back with a great couple my husband and I met. The Beach Shack was very apologetic and concerned. The accommodated us with a newer, 2024 cart, I actually chose the bad one lol. They gave us extra hours for the inconvenience and didn't charge us for the gas fill up. On top of that, I didn't realize I dropped my wallet in the cart, I was devastated! License, debit card, money was all in my wallet! I got a phone call from them the next day telling me they found my wallet but I was already on my way home to Mississippi!! They took the time to tell me the contents that were in my wallet and they mailed it to me, even texting me the tracking number/receipt! We are living in a world right now where people aren't as friendly as they use to be. So for the Beach Shack to go above and beyond with every situation was just a blessing and a breath of fresh air! We will never forget this great experience!!!! Thank you Beach Shack!!!!"

"I absolutely love this place! They have the highest quality clothing on the island by far and the customer service is outstanding. The cool pink golf carts are top notch with reasonable prices. The store is gorgeous inside and anyone visiting Dauphin Island should drop by and see for themselves! I’ve gotten several items from there and wash after wash, they all still look and feel brand new."
