"Went to what I considered a favorite spot for a oil change. I know I need synthetic so that's what I asked for off the rip. Some guy identifying himself as the manager says I have sludge and a basic oil change wouldn't do. Said I had need a coolant flush also stating he never seen antifreeze that color. The orange kind.. I admit coolant was dirty but he said it was water. I said I will take it to the dealer seeing that they sold it to me a year ago and had to sell it to me that way. He said he would give me $5000 dollars if the dealer did anything. I went ahead and paid extra for sludge removal which I don't think was done. Oil change took same amount of time as always. Must have not been very much sludge. He hustled himself out of a customer. Even put all kind of warnings on receipt because I told him I will flush my own coolant. What I paid today I could have changed my own oil."

"Worst place ever. I ask them to do a job and they completely did a different one. Charged me and my car still didn't work. They just got me for my money."
