Circle K 3640 Lorna Road, Hoover, AL 35216

"There was a sign that says slim jim 2 for 5. It's 234am and no one was in there and the guy working didn't even go and look at the sign. He was not freindly and not helpful. I go to this Circle K everyday and this guy needs to learn customer service skills. I put the product back because he was useless. I even took a picture of the sign and he still didn't acknowledge it. If he can't do his job then he doesn't need to be working there."

"Small station near an apartment-heavy neighborhood. Only thing keeping it from 5 Stars is that the pumps were running REALLY slowly. But it was busy. Not sure it could be helped. In the end, I didn't mind because I sat in my car and watched everyone come out with huge smiles on their faces. So I went in and bought something to eat and kill time and I can honestly say that I have never been spoken to so kindly by a c-store attendant. The man and woman working were just SO sweet, and so engaging. Everyone seemed to leave in a better mood than they walked in with, including me. Will be back."

"I have been a regular customer here for years! I've experienced many changes in their staffing. Yes, they have had a couple of bad employees and they are no longer working there. The current staff is wonderful! I'm greeted with a smile when I enter the door. We joke and laugh because 90% of the time I can't remember what pump I'm on to buy gas! This would have been a 5 star rating if the gas pumps were not so slow!"

"This is the worst store ever! Very Ghetto and strangers are standing outside of the store asking you to buy their CD's... The Cashiers are very rude, loud and Ghetto! Oh yeah and if you buy something for less than $2 and you only have a $20 they will tell you that you Have to spend at least $5 in order for them to check you out... I hope The City of Hoover closed this store immediately!"
