"I hardly ever shop at old navy and the one time I do… and they didn’t even remove the metal detector thing and so I’m already upset cuz I have drove an hour away to go back to the store and I get there and explain to them that I’ve purchased the pants 2 days ago and they forgot to remove the metal detector. Says where your receipt and of course I don’t have it. And she asks for my number and nothings shows up and I remember lady asking for my number when I purchased it! So she says I can’t do nothing without the receipt. So I said will give me my pants back and almost didn’t even give it back. I tell you these cashier need to do their freaking job!!! And making sure when purchasing that the item be checked. How hard is that to begin with!"

"This is an excellent store. I used to shop at a location in Tampa Florida and was glad there was a good Old Navy store in Mobile. This is a good place to get good ladies clothes for such good prices. They have such nice pants, shorts and shirts. They have so many good jeans and plenty of sizes. They also have some nice basic jewelry and items for men and for kids. The staff is kind and helpful as needed."

"Update: Shelves in the men's and boys section look like a complete wreck, avoid or buy online. Management is clearly lacking. Original: Store is seriously disorganized. All jeans/pants look to be thrown on the shelf by coloring, irrespective of style or sizing. Will need some serious work before I walk back in."
