"Went in to have two tires replaced (not purchased from Dixie), and once replaced, I wanted a full rotation & balance done. They were unable to do the rotation because they couldn't lift my SUV high enough, no big deal, I know they haven't been in business very long, but still, -1st star. I got home and noticed one tire that they put on looked low, I checked it, and sure enough, it was, -2nd star. I then decided a few days later to have a rotation done elsewhere, and once the center caps were removed, we discovered a missing lug nut from one of the wheels they did, -3rd and -4th star. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but the missing lug nut is what finally made me do this review. It was also $80 to have the two tires mounted and balanced."
