"I spent about $6000 on my system last summer, we finally finished the home and got moved in. The water often tastes like salt. I had contacted Ben the “sales manager” he told me he was going to come out and look at it and never showed. I text him the following day and haven’t gotten a response. I would never use this company, they will take your money, not stand behind there product then ignore you when you call."

"Honestly, if I could give lower I would. This company came all the way from Grand Rapids to East MI to provide me with an arsenic system, because I couldn't find anyone on my side of the state. They completely avoided transparency with the financing. I offered to pay cash and they said I'll get the lowest price by financing. I stupidly agreed, the financing came with a 10% interest rate which was discovered once I received the first bill (both mine and my husbands credit is over 800). A week later, my softener broke. I called my local company listed on the softerner (I just bought this house). Turns out, they treat arsenic, even though trusty google searches did not populate them as an option. They asked how much I paid, which was over $5k. They told me they offer the same system for half the damn price, $2600 with install. Aqua Perfection claims they offer a price match guarantee. I obtained the quote from Central Water out of Davison (100% recommend). I got this to Aqua Perfection 2 weeks ago and suddenly, they have stopped answering our calls. Not to mention, it took 4 weeks for my husband to even get past the receptionist, because the 'office manager' would not return our calls. At the end of the day, this company is dishonest and has no hesitation double charging their customers. No wonder they were willing to drive all the way across the state."

"We had a flier put on our door when we were gone. We called and right away thwy had Cameron come out and do his sales pitch everything sounded great and we decided to do a purchase. The install went great but since then we had to get a new well dug. I called the company because our water now stinks and I wanted them to come make sure everything was running as it should. we had an appointment set up for somebody to come out on a Thursday that noon while they never showed up not even a phone call. I called The company took several times went to voicemail couple times then just never picked up a couple times finally got to talk to a Katie who was supposedly working somewhere besides the office. She was supposed to get in touch with the technician and I'm still never heard anything and she was supposed to call me back. This went on several times during the day. I have yet to get a phone call back and it been like pulling teeth to even get someone to answer the phone. I even resorted to using a different phone just so someone would answer the phone. At this point I really feel we have been scammed and I am disappointed in the company."

"If I could give TEN STARS I would! Not only the best customer service I have ever dealt with, the professionalism through the whole process was admirable. Not only Did Aqua perfection come in and clean up the mess a competitor made, they did it with a smile. I would recommended other businesses to take a page out of Aqua Perfections book, If every business operated to the caliber they did, their wouldn’t be a upset customer wherever you looked."

"Be very aware of this company! Do your homework on the owner’s past and research recent news reports about possible scams. One of their salesmen, Adam, attempted to sell my parents, who are 88 and 89 years old, a $5,000+ water softener and reverse osmosis system after claiming that my parents had been referred to their company (it was a cold call). When I called Adam to stop the installation (less than 24 hours after his visit) he told me that the system had been specifically made for my parents’ home, which is absolutely false. He spent over 2 hours in my parents’ home getting all folksy with them and talking about his family and getting my parents to divulge information about their personal lives. Do yourself a big favor and call competing companies to get second and third quotes. If it’s such a great deal, the installation can wait. Don’t sign the contract until you are absolutely sure and remember that in Michigan you have 3 days to rescind a contract!"
