"This company was sent out by American Home Shield to check my ac unit, the unit had water backing up, which I told them the line was clogged up and they told me it was from a leak on the roof. Well I had the roof checked and a inspection on my home from top to bottom and guess what there is NO leaks in the roof the attic and no were else beside the ac unit, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB that leak has now cause damage under my floors and under the house under the ac unit, there was puddles of water under the house right under the ac unit. They didn't ever check the outside drainage pipe so see if the water was going out, they were to lazy and just said it was the roof...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY DESERVE 0 STARS. I will consult an Attorney for damages cause by their negligence."
