"This is the first Hibbett store I have went to in person and I am glad I went in. They had a nice selection of items which was refreshing because they have one I haven't seen in store. I like my Jordans and some other pairs of Nike and they def had a good inventory and the staff was also helpful. Definitely stop by if you are close it is a nice store."
"If I could give Hibbets 0 stars that's what it would be! Having 5 kids who all want the latest pair of shoes almost every other week this was our "go to" place to shop but when I bought my 4 year old a pair of Nike's that literally lasted ONE WEAR they started coming apart at the seams on both shoes. The store manager in Selma would not even speak with me. She assigned her staff to tell me that they would not even exchange the shoes. The district manager could not be contacted either. When I called corporate to make a complaint, I did everything I was asked to do, sent pics and all.... No response. We have not and will not shop at Hibbetts again. Beware of this company, they will do nothing for you if you do not know someone who works for them."
