"I was looking for some new lawnmower wheels and bolts. I was sure the local hardware and building supply store would have what I needed. Not so. However the owner said I should go down the road to Grand Bay Auto Supply. They would have what I needed. It was only about 5 minutes away and the traffic was light. The store was a fixture in the community. The young men (half my age) were relaxed, cordial and helpful. I found 4 wheels with no effort. I was pretty sure I had found the right bolts but the owner said those bolts were designed for something else. I went home with wheels and they were the right size. I brought back the old bolts as a reference. We found matching new hardware next to the wheels. The fellows were helpful and encouraging. The prices were cheaper than either Walmart or Amazon. As soon as it stops raining around here we will start back mowing."
