"Busby was in charge of fixing the AC unit prior to our purchasing our new home. Not only did he not fix it properly he told us it was just the “heat” and nothing was wrong with the units and that they had at least 5 more years on them. Both ACs have went out in less than 3 months, coils were used that were made for other ACs and held up with blocks under it. We’ve paid a LOT of money to have someone else fix it because Busby just kept saying nothing was wrong with it when this repair should have been covered by the prior home owners. In less than 3 months we’ve had a leak related to AC issues and both units going out. Would NEVER recommend. 10k down the drain and counting due to him not being willing to put in the work and really dig into the issues."

"They really know what you need. As soon I get there with a part on my hand he walks straight to the new one,and was the right one. So anything about appliances or A/C, you should visit them."

"Mr. Busby, the owner of the business is a good man. He stays really busy, so sometimes it takes patience to get in touch with him.. Call his business, leave a message for him and request his cell number.. leave him a message, he will get back in touch with you and take care of you.. I had appliance issues and he took care of them, he treated me Right & treated me like he had known me all my life.. I Highly recommend him.. He’s Fair !! God Bless !!!!"

"0 stars. This place was nice and easy to take the money, but failed to communicate and work in a timely manner. I left my Tv for over a month and had to go in person to find out what was going on just to be told it’s not fixable, therefor I didn’t deserve to get a call. Completely rude, unprofessional and selfish company. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money and your time and just get a new tv or go to Biloxi they are quick and efficient."

"Poor customer service. I called on Thursday and was told by a someone who worked there that they could come take a look at my washing machine, but it wouldn’t be until Tuesday. I made the appointment anyway. I called Monday to verify a time they would be here on Tuesday and I was told somewhere between 10:00 and 4:00pm. I called at 3:30 and was told they weren’t in fact coming and they would try and come tomorrow. If i could leave a negative rating, I would certainly do so. No way I’ll do business with them again."
