"Just don’t go - went inside, place was empty (two orders ahead of ours). Ordered our food and proceeded to wait over 45 mins (everyone else there said they were waiting at least an hour). Everyone’s food was coming out wrong, ours did as well (and was cold and was paired with soggy cold fries as well). When we inquired about a refund we were told we don’t give refunds- I responded, may I ask why and was told well the manager is not here (clearly they need a manger on duty, especially on a Saturday). And if you’re not going to have one on duty, you need to teach your employees how to give refunds! Will not return - waste of money (over $45 and I stupidly left a tip on top of that) and huge waste of time! Nothing to like and can’t even get your money back when the food is cold and awful!"

"I went here the week of openings and the food/price/service were all fantastic. This past Friday I took some family and friends after telling them how great it was. We waited almost an hour for 4 meals. The shrimp was so over cooked it tasted like pure breading no shrimp was even left. The amazing wings I had before were now severely over cooked and tasted as if a salt shaker were dumped out on them. The Philly had no flavor other than grease. I don't know what happened over the past two months but it has been a significant decay in quality here. I hope the owners can turn it back around."

"FIRST and LAST TIME!!! I give ZERO stars and will NEVER go back. The wait for the food didn't take long but when I asked for the drinks I was given hot can/bottle sodas. The young lady who took our order blamed the last employee on not putting drinks in the ice and there are no cups to put the ice and drink in. Luckily we live close. When we got home I had to put the fries in my air fryer to finish cooking and deconstruct my poboy. The bun was burnt, the shrimp were way OVERCOOKED and the cheese not melted. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went instead of while I was waiting on my food. In my opinion the young staff is not trained properly."

"Update: I went again last night and all of our food was overcooked and super salty. My wings were so dry that I couldn't get the meat off the bone. I ordered lemon pepper and received salt. The shrimp wasn't even shrimp anymore it had been fried for so long. This place was so delicious when they first opened. Bad food on top of waiting 40 minutes for it. Y'all get it together, bc I want to come back. I left my original review below. Their burgers are so juicy and tasty. Their wings were crispy and covered in sauce. My 5 year old said we need to come back every week if that tells you how good the food is. It's nice to have a simple place, with great prices and delicious food. Service was great and didn't take too long. Atmosphere is just a normal restaurant. It was also clean."
